Orography and vegetation: This estate has rugged terrain. Its topography is defined by a large central valley traversed by a stream running from east to west. It lies within the sub-basin of the Rigüelo River, which belongs to the Guadalquivir basin.

The vegetation is typically Mediterranean. Predominant species include: holm oak, gall oak, cork oak, kermes oak, mastic tree, buckthorn, juniper, rockrose, heather, rosemary, butcher’s broom… The variety of woodland means that the colors change with the seasons, offering a different spectacle each time. In the shady areas, the woodland is even denser, providing great refuge for game. Along the ridge of the shady side, there are small cliffs from which there are incredible views. No houses or buildings are visible, and the valley is a haven of peace.

Hunting estate: The game species present on the estate are Red deer, Wild boar, Spanish ibex, and Roe deer. Regarding small game, there are partridges, thrushes, pigeons, and rabbits. Hunting for male mountain goats is truly marvelous.

Roads: The estate has a network of roads that fully connect the estate, allowing access to almost all points of it. The main road that runs through the entire valley offers magnificent views of the sunny and shady sides. There are also paths along the ridges that allow access for hunting, surveillance, or for walks along the ridges, once again with magnificent views.

Firebreaks: There are several firebreaks, all of them clean and in good condition. Together with the roads and water points, they provide good protection against fires.

Fencing: The estate is fenced with 2m high game mesh. The southern and western boundaries of the fence are owned by the estate, while the rest of the mesh is owned by the neighboring properties.
