It is primarily a livestock farm in an ideal setting for this activity as it is a large pasture and cork oak forest. It has permission for the breeding of Iberian pigs and, due to its magnificent pastures, is also suitable for cattle and sheep farming. It has all its rights to CAP subsidies.
The farm is integrated into a hunting estate as it is also a good area for this activity. For big game hunting, wild boar and deer species predominate. There is also small game hunting with partridge, pigeon, and rabbit.
It is a very good farm for livestock in an extraordinary setting, with the added possibility of enjoying hunting activities.
Access: It has very good access, with an asphalt road leading to the farm. This facilitates the entry and passage of heavy vehicles for livestock exploitation.
