Features: It is a fenced estate for both big and small game, with extraordinary beauty and fertile soil and vegetation. It is located in an area of great landscape diversity and natural richness, with both scrubland and wooded areas. Its vegetation includes holm oaks, oaks, Portuguese oaks, and kermes oaks on one part of the estate. On another part, we find beech trees, wild willows, and ash trees.
As a point of interest on the property, it is worth noting that an important karst complex is located within it, making it one of the main speleological areas in the province.
Hunting Exploitation: The estate is established as a hunting ground for both big and small game. It is home to wild boar and roe deer, and as for small game, it offers red-legged partridge, rabbit, woodcock, wood pigeon, quail, and turtledove. The estate is very enjoyable for hunting activities.
Access and Roads: There is an asphalt road leading to the entrance of the estate. Internally, it has a well-maintained main road that runs through the entire estate, as well as other dirt roads surrounding it.
