The northern part covers an area of 27.30 hectares and is separated by a forest track, fenced with three rows of wire.

The vegetation is rich in holm oaks, evergreen oaks, pine trees, and oaks with excellent pastures for hunting.
Subsidies: This estate has a DASOCRATIC plan that allows access to subsidies for forest management. This plan enables the maintenance of the forest in perfect condition in successive years with significant assistance.
Hunting: Enclosed under a technical plan for both major and minor hunting, it has a REGA code for the introduction of roe deer, wild boar, pheasant, and partridge. It hosts species of deer, wild boar, and primarily good roe deer. In terms of minor game, there are some specimens of partridge, rabbit, and especially pigeons.
