Features: The estate has three well-defined areas. The first is in the southern part, which corresponds to the most agricultural area. The second is formed by steep slopes that surround the rest of the estate, and the third is a plateau with a smooth topography, easy to traverse on foot. Most of the estate is located on the sunny side of the mountain range, with pine areas predominating.
Its maximum altitude is 1417 meters and the minimum is 1040 meters, with an average altitude of 975 meters.
Hunting Reserve: It is a private reserve for both big and small game, with a perimeter fence 2 meters high and two properly controlled access points.
It permanently maintains big game species such as deer (HIGH QUALITY AND DENSITY) and wild boar. The small game species that can be found include rabbit, red-legged partridge, hare, pigeon, and thrush. It is not a protected area.
There are 9 feeding/drinking troughs installed with wooden hides for waiting, hygienic-sanitary management, species counting, and census preparation.
