Agricultural: 37 hectares of fertile plains have been used for growing crops like corn,
tomatoes, broccoli, and peanuts over the years. Although the irrigation concession is for
16.5 hectares, the estate benefits from abundant water due to its location between two
rivers. There are also 120 hectares of arable dryland.
Livestock: Mixed pork farming registration with capacity for 200 fattening pigs and 80
sows. It can also accommodate approximately 200 cows.
Cork Production: The last harvest in 2018 yielded 1,000 quintals of high-quality cork.
Hunting: The estate has an active game reserve for small game and wild boar hunting.
Other Opportunities: With management and some renovations, additional possibilities
include gravel and ballast extraction from both rivers and recreational activities such as
rural tourism, fishing, swimming, boating, and canoeing due to the area's lush natural
environment.
